Ultra-fine Sheathed Thermocouples

Ultra-fine sheathed thermocouples are useful for temperature measurement under special conditions. The diameter of 0.1mm, the finest size we have available. It is flexible, Proprietary manufacturing methods used by our partners ensure stable accuracy, and it is possible to measure small objects, very narrow places, and objects with rapid temperature changes accurately at a high speed.

Sheath Outer Diameter

We have a wide range of general fineness from 0.5mm to the finest we have available, 0.1mm.

Size

There are no restrictions on the sheath length (L1). It is flexible and can be bent freely. This provides the ability to cope with extremely narrow spaces and complicated gaps. The compensating wire length (L2) can be set to any length.

Types of Hot Junction

Exposed, grounded and ungrounded types are available. Please choose according to the application. There is no unconstrained length restrictions.
